Alabama is home of the three of the nation’s Top 10 most stressed-out cities of 2016.

That’s according to a new study from WalletHub.com, which compared stress levels across 150 U.S. cities using 27 keys metrics from these five major categories:

  • Work-related stress
  • Money-related stress
  • Family-related stress
  • Health and safety-related stress
  • Coping with stress

According to WalletHub, Mobile is the second-most-stressed city in America, behind only Detroit, Michigan. The Port City led the nation in health and safety problems, including the highest percentage of adults in poor health. It ranked fourth in work-related stress.

Birmingham followed closely behind Mobile as the third-most-stressed city in the nation, with the nation’s second-highest divorce rate and the third-highest crime rate.

Alabama’s Capital City, Montgomery, rounded out the Top 10 rankings thanks to a high level of work-related stress, money worries, health problems and a lack of access to mental health professionals.

Around the region

Cities across the nation were ranked from one to 150, with one (Detroit, Mich.) being the most stressed and 150 (Freemont, California) being the least stressed. Here’s how other nearby cities fared:

  • Augusta, Georgia : 11th
  • Huntsville : 46th
  • Tallahassee, Florida .: 82nd
