Last week, John V. Denson II an attorney and member of the Alabama Court of the Judiciaryrecused himself from hearing an ethics case involving Alabama Chief Justice Roy Moore.

Stepping in to fill the void is Fort Payne attorney  W.N. “Rocky” Watson.
