One of Alabama’s favorite sons: entertainer, restauranteur, and former American Idol winner Taylor Hicks is making his home state the first stop in season two of his INSP series “State Plate.”
Four Alabama locations will be featured on the Friday, August 11 episode of the culinary travel series, in which Hicks tastes his way across the country on a quest to assemble plates that represent each state’s most historic, famous, and tastiest foods.
The episode airs at 7:00 p.m. CT.
