The U.S. Supreme Court has rejected another challenge to President Barack Obama‘s health care overhaul.

The justices on Tuesday left in place lower court rulings that dismissed a lawsuit against the national health care law. The lawsuit argues that the law violates the provision of the U.S. Constitution that requires tax-raising bills to originate in the U.S. House of Representatives.

The court has twice turned back major challenges to the law, in opinions written by Chief Justice John Roberts in 2012 and in June. The court also has allowed family-owned businesses with religious objections to opt out of paying for contraceptives for women covered under their health plans. The Pacific Legal Foundation backed the latest lawsuit, filed on behalf of small-business owner Matt Sissel.

  1. Hello tara-lynn! So happy to see you here :)Hey Jennie! Teer really is goueogrs. And I know, I want her name. And last name too. This might sound funny, but I have been watching a lot of Dallas lately. And Teer’s name would make the best name on that show. I mean that as a compliment. I love Dallas. I’m not even going to get into my very late discovery of Seinfeld and all the preppy hairstyles on the women in that show. Very off topic here. Anyway, I should have posted her photos sooner but I think they suit my new blog best. So glad they made you think again about the garters 🙂 they suit her to a T I think. Sorry for my endless nerdisms.
