2018 gubernatorial ad roundup: March 23 edition

The countdown is on to the June 5 Republican and Democrat primaries, and Alabama’s gubernatorial candidates have taken to the airwaves and the internet with campaign ads in hopes of swaying Yellowhammer State voters to their side.

Since the end of the official qualifying period, only four of the major candidates have released official campaign ads: incumbent Gov. Kay Ivey, Mobile-Republican state Sen. Bill Hightower, former Alabama Chief Justice Sue Bell Cobb, and Tuscaloosa Mayor Walt Maddox.
