As home sales increase in State, Alabama-based Hometown Lenders opens 5th Alabama branch


A new Hometown Lenders (HTL) branch will be opening in Auburn, Alabama. A ribbon-cutting for the new branch will be today at 10 am.

HTL’s new location in Auburn, Alabama, will be led by mortgage loan originator Timothy Gillespie

According to the Alabama Association of Realtors, December home sales in the state increased 4.6% year-over-year (Y/Y) from 6,355 to 6,648 closed transactions. The statewide median sales price in December was $230,799, an increase of 20.5% from one year ago.
