On Friday, Libertarian Candidate for Congress, PJ Greer, met with Decatur citizens at the 3rd Friday in Decatur event. The Libertarian Party of Morgan County had a booth set up to meet with voters as they walked the streets on Friday evening. Multiple candidates were present, informing the public of the upcoming General Election and providing information on how to register to vote.

Greer was at the 3rd Friday in Decatur Street Festival as part of the Libertarian Party of Morgan County’s booth. He took the opportunity to meet with several citizens and explain his position on a wide range of subjects and how he would serve the community as its representative.

“This is about listening to our citizens and taking their concerns to DC. It’s not about what is best for a party but what is best for the people,” Greer said.

During the event, Greer took a moment to thank voters for their support and engage with them on the most pressing issues for Morgan County.

“The majority of people are concerned with the rising inflation, and it has had an enormous impact to our community. Voters are less concerned with the price on the Stock Market than they are with the ability to put food on the table,” Greer stated.

PJ Greer is the Libertarian Candidate for Alabama Congressional District 5, running against Republican Dale Strong and Democrat Kathy Warner-Stanton in the November 8th General Election.
